Rejuvenate Your Skin with Pulsed Dye Laser

V Beam Vascular LaserV-beam is a pulsed dye laser that is currently the gold standard for the treatment of many conditions that have an underlying vascular blood vessel(s) cause. These conditions include rosacea, facial veins, early scars, acne scars, red birthmarks and port wine stains, angiomas, uneven coloring of the neck. Treatment is safe, well tolerated, and results are incredible! You're going to want to ask for a consultation to find out what V-beam can do for you.

How does the Candela Vbeam work?

V Beam Vascular LaserThe Candela Vbeam produces an intense but gentle burst of light that selectively destroys the blood vessels of your spider veins, without damaging the surrounding tissue. After laser treatment the surrounding tissue is left intact and normal pigmentation occurs.

What should I expect from the laser treatment?

V Beam Vascular LaserTreatment with the Vbeam may consist of multiple treatments. These treatments occur on an average of every six to eight weeks. Each individual situation may vary and it is best to discuss yours during your consultation.

Will the laser treatment hurt?

The DCD (Dynamic Cooling Device) which is built into the laser system, delivers a short burst or spray or cryogen just prior to the laser pulse being delivered. The DCD has been instrumental in reducing pain associated with treatment, as well as reducing the possibility of blister/scab formation. In some instances, a topical cram anesthetic or local injection can be used if requested. The feeling of a laser pulse has been described as being snapped by a rubber band or a slight stinging sensation. Following laser treatment, the area may continue to sting slightly or feel warm like a sunburn.

How will I look after the treatment?
